What are the rates for studio bookings?
Studio A:
- With an engineer: $70/hour (2-hour minimum)
- Without an engineer: $45/hour (4-hour minimum)
Studio B:
- With an engineer: $50/hour (3-hour minimum)
- Without an engineer: $30/hour (6-hour minimum)
Is a deposit required to book a session?
- Yes, we require a 100% full deposit to secure your booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Deposits are non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be possible if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
What services are included with an engineer?
When you book with an engineer, services include:
- Professional recording assistance
- Equipment setup and adjustments
- Audio quality monitoring during the session
Can I bring my own engineer?
- Yes, you can bring your own engineer. Rates without an engineer apply.
What equipment is available in the studios?
- Both Studio A and Studio B are equipped with industry-standard recording gear, microphones from WARM AUDIO and Pro Tools industry standard software. Contact us for a detailed equipment list.
Do you offer mixing and mastering services?
Yes, we do!
Mixing Rates (2-track only):
- 1 song: $200
- 2-3 songs: $175 each
- 4-7 songs: $150 each
- 8-10 songs: $125 each
Mastering: $50 per song

What genres do you specialize in?
- While we work with all genres, we specialize in R&B, Hip-Hop, and Pop music.
Are food and drinks allowed in the studios?
- Food and drinks are allowed but must be kept away from equipment. A cleaning fee may apply for spills or messes.

What is the parking situation?
- Free parking is available on-site.
Can I tour the studios before booking?
- Yes, studio tours can be arranged by appointment. Contact us to schedule a visit.
Are there restrictions on the number of people allowed in the studio?
Yes, to maintain a productive environment, we limit the number of attendees.
- Studio A: Max 5 people
- Studio B: Max 4 people
Can you smoke in the studio?
- Smoking is not allowed inside SoundWAV Recording Studios to maintain a clean and professional environment, protect the equipment, and ensure the comfort of all clients. However, there may be a designated smoking area outside the studio. Please check with staff for more details. For any questions or special requests, feel free to contact us!
